Introducing the Long Bar, stretching 127m along the Cahill Expressway, it’ll be the world’s longest bar during ELEVATE Sydney! Open 4-7 January 2023, Long Bar will serve up the best seats in the house for breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour!
Open during ELEVATE Social and ELEVATE Nights, Long Bar guests will be able to drink in the views of Sydney Harbour from this unique vantage point while also enjoying the very best of NSW food and wine.
Tickets to Long Bar are free with the option to add a food and beverage package for $50 per person for this unique Sydney-only experience. Along with a seat at the Long Bar, ticketholders with the food and beverage package will be treated to a complimentary glass of NSW wine or beer, served with a grazing selection featuring the finest in NSW produce.
Reservations fall within one allocated ELEVATE Sydney session. The Long Bar reservation itself is limited to 60 minutes. Ticketholders will be able to enjoy the rest of the ELEVATE Sydney session immediately before or after their Long Bar experience. A Long Bar ticket cannot grant you access to any other sessions, on any other day.
During ELEVATE Family, Long Bar will not be in service but ticketholders are welcome to pull up a seat to enjoy the view. Seating is limited and will be first-come-first-seated!
Entry and exit to the event will only be from the corner of Bridge Street and Macquarie Street, opposite the Conservatorium of Music. There will be no general admission access to the event via the existing footpath on the Cahill Expressway from Circular Quay, The Rocks or via the lifts from Circular Quay.

You’ll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment card/device when travelling to and from. Plan your trip by checking the Opal app ahead of time.
The Cahill Expressway Overpass at Circular Quay will be closed to traffic during the event. The Cahill Walk will also be closed to pedestrians. There are a number of car parks within walking distance of the entry to ELEVATE Sydney however spaces will fill early, particularly ahead of the evening sessions so allow extra travel time or try booking ahead.

ELEVATE Sydney is an all-ages ticketed outdoor event. You must have a valid ticket for everyone in your group, including children.
Water bottle refilling stations will be available throughout this wonderfully unique venue.
There will be food and drinks (including alcohol) available for purchase on site. ELEVATE Sydney is a cashless premises, so please bring a credit / debit card for contactless purchases. No outside food is allowed, unless it is to accommodate special dietary requirements or the needs of your family.
Prams and strollers are discouraged due to space limitations at ELEVATE Sydney. As they will not be permitted in the entertainment areas, a limited amount of pram storage will be available in the venue once you have reached the top level of the Cahill Expressway. This storage is free of charge and monitored by staff during the day, however, items will be left at own risk and ELEVATE Sydney will not take any responsibility for misplaced property. We recommend using baby carriers and leaving prams and strollers at home. Backpacks will be permitted for this event, including nappy bags and other similar items.
